Horie Sun Lodge Policy
| 1. | Rates include western breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. daily. Please be
punctual. (Japanese food service lunch & dinner are available) |
| 2. | Rates are Canadian dollars and are not including GST (6%) and provincial hotel tax (10%). |
| 3. | Children 6 and under stay free in same room as the parents with existing bedding.(add $9.50 for each breakfast ). |
| 4. | Please check in at reception. Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m. Please let us know if you plan to arrival after 10:00pm.(There will be a $20.00 charge if check-in later than 11:00p.m.) Please let us know if you plan to arrival after 10:00p.m. |
| 5. | Check-Out time extensions may be available $20 for hour. Plus GST (6%) and provincial hotel tax (10%). |
| 6. | Non-registered guests must report to the front desk for security reason. |
| 7. | In order to minimize disturbance to other guests, please shower between 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. only. |
| 8. | No smoking in the sunlodge. |
| 9. | Breakfast is served between 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. daily. Please be punctual. |
| 10. | Please do not bring your skis, snowboards, or bicycle into your rooms. You will be fined. |
| 11. | During a 5 or more nights stay, towels be changed every 4 days and linens changed and beds made every 6 days. |
| 12. | Waxing skis & snowboards is allowed only in the ski storage room. |
| 13. | Extra towels set are available upon request for $2.00 each. |
| 14. | Please return room keys to the front desk when checking out. |
| 15. | Customer assumes all responsibilities and cost incurred by any damage to or on the property. |
| 16 | The Sun Lodge is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Cooking facilities & microwaves are not allowed. |
| 17. | Rates are subject to change with out notice. Waxing skis & snowboards is allowed only in the ski storage room. |
Booking and Cancellation Policies
| (1) | A Visa or MasterCard authorization is required to confirm all reservation. |
| (2) | The deposit will be made by credit card telephone authorization from the client at the time of booking. |
| (3) | A deposit equal to first night's rate plus tax is must be paid with in 14 days after the date of booking (include lift package). |
| (4) | Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date (include lift package). |
| (5) | Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night's rate will be forfeited (include lift package). |
| (6) | Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited (include lift package). |
* Guests are advised to obtain cancellation insurance.
